Quick answers first
Where is my parcel?
Every parcel gets a tracking link by email on Wednesday afternoon. If it has not moved for three working days, send us the order number and we chase it or send a new bag on the next roast.
Can I change my grind after ordering?
Yes, until Tuesday 6 am when roasting starts. Reply to the order email with the new grind and we will update the label.
How do I join the waitlist for a sold-out coffee?
Use the form here and choose “Waitlist” as the topic, or press “Hold me a bag” on the coffee’s label. We email you before it goes back on the list.
Do you sell to cafés?
Yes, from 5 kg a fortnight. Choose “Wholesale” below and tell us your machine and how many cups a day you pour.
Can I visit?
Saturday 8:00 – 12:00 at 7 Rowan Lane, with a free cupping at 10. The roaster runs on Tuesdays and the door is shut then.
